This is a great boat, really don't want to sell but we are moving. It is a 1971 Catalina 22 swing keel. It is considered a collector's item and has:
lots of sails
a good motor 7.5 mecury
new bimini top
back rails and I have the rest of the rails if you wish to install.
over the edge stainless gas bbq not installed
clear title
The cabin was redone with paint about a year ago and is real nice.
I will include a over the edge stainless gas bbq.
This boat is registered up to date with clear title and in the water ready to go with changing out a couple lines.
I currently have it in a slip at Commander's point and I believe it can stay there through the summer although you will need to make a new arrangement with them past that point if you wish to keep it there.
I also have a mooring ball you can have if you have a place to moor it later.
