This boat was upgraded in 2007 with Sunbrella sail and cabin covers. Refurbished wood, new circuit panel and rewiring in 2011; bottom job in 2010; new interior table 2008; all new standing rigging in 2001. Solid hull, no known soft spots. Never exposed to salt water. Mercury 5HP, 4-cycle outboard motor (very fuel-efficient) was purchased new in 2006 and has approximately 100 hours of use. Motor has been well-maintained and tuned up annually.
