    Below is a list of the current status of the boat in a major refit endeavor:

  • Engine is rebuilt Yanmar with less than 10 hours.

    Deck/cockpit

  • Dodger
  • Canvas covers for all exposed teak
  • Deck organizers to run control lines to cockpit Manual backstay adjuster
  • Danforth anchor ~ +200' chain/nylon rode on Bow roller Spare aft anchor bracket
  • Magma aft rail mounted gas grill
  • Raw water wash down (new)
  • Custom Teak beverage holder
  • Binnacle mount fold down cockpit table
  • Cushions

    Sails and sail handling

  • Main
  • Older but excellent/good condition Sobstad Mylar racing main.
  • Loose footed and recut to match the boat Cunningham Sail cover
  • Single line "jiffy" reef style system led down and aft back to cockpit
  • Replaced halyard Reconfigured outhaul New lazy jack system Combination vang/boom kicker.
  • Line re-run to be controlled without leaving cockpit
  • Replaced single purchase traveller with Lewmar traveller system, and Dyneema mainsheet Foresail Serviceable Gib/Genoa, but honestly can't remember the particulars.
  • Replaced original primary Barient winches with Lewmar Self tailing Roller furling with recently replaced lines including repair/replacement of padeyes and Spinnaker & pole, but we've never had it set
  • Clam/jam cleats replaced with spinlock clutches and/or cleats
  • Most of the sail controls have been routed back to cockpit ~ minimal leaving the cockpit.

    Main Salon/Galley

  • Propane Gas range/oven
  • 12V Adler Barber Refrigeration
  • 12V Pressure fresh water (hot from both shore power and engine exchanger)
  • Engine exchange/shore power water heater
  • Custom made cabinet under companion way ladder with tambour door
  • Custom made shelves for additional storage on bulkheads
  • Full wood paneling throughout interior
  • Head Replaced head less than 6 months before haul out
  • Holding tank Y valve for holding tank/direct discharge (replaced with head)
  • Macerator pump from holding tank
  • Hand shower V-berth Hanging locker Cushions

    Electronics/Electrical

  • Shore power connection/cord and panel.
  • Outlets throughout interior 12V distribution panel "Smart" battery charger.
  • New (when hauled) Icom VHF radio
  • CD/Radio with cabin & cockpit speakers.
  • Raymarine speedometer & wind indicator
  • Autopilot
  • Garmin "black box" and depth transducer to connect to other Garmin electronics. (was connected to chart plotter but it died).
