It includes mooring in Monroe Harbor for the rest of the season.

Heavy duty steel "Crowley" cradle (no trailer) is at Crowley's yacht yard in Chicago.

Original main in good condition, gun mount with spinnaker in good condition.

Includes staysail / light air jib in excellent condition.

Mast is in great shape with a new urethane wedge from Rig-Rite installed during the winter and new windex.

New tiller this past winter also.

1985 long shaft 4hp Force 2 stroke outboard with integral tank.

I have current title and registration.

Portable autopilot for tiller included as well.
