This boat has been used for the last couple of years as a "live aboard" in the Clear Lake area. Though it is small, it is well laid out and works well for a single person or close couple. If you're looking for a cheap way to live while saving up or fixing your cruising boat, or just want a change of pace, this is for you. IF you live frugally a small boat can cost only $400 to $500 per month, utilities and all, to live, and that's in a very nice marina with full amenities!!!
On the other hand, it has a full complement of sails and a 15hp electric start outboard. It could easily be sailing after a day's work. Please Google these very well respected Canadian built boats...you will see they have a very strong following and a rich history.

Why so cheap? I have just signed on as crew for a friend who is sailing to the Caribbean, and we're going soon! This boat really needs some Loving, and I'm hoping we can find a new owner who will put her sails up and let the wind work its magic!
