Sail area 220 sq ft
Cockpit seats 4 with the boom vang, main and jib halyards run to cams on the front of the cockpit. There is a large storage lockers to port and a smaller to starboard under the seats. Mainsheet and traveler are mounted in front of the companionway door. Teak on the cabin top and companionway door was replaced 2 years ago and all of the remaining teak was reoiled and finished this year. The topsides, cockpit, deck and antiskid were repainted 3 years ago. The hull is painted yearly with antifoul bottom paint.
Main sail can be reefed and lifelines run the full length of the boat. There are 2 anchors (1 Danforth and 1 for harder bottoms) with chain rode and 75 ft of line. Mariner 5 hp 2 stroke engine winterized and recently tuned with new spark plug.
The interior has sleeping for 4 (2 quarter births and a 2 person v-berth). A folding table covers the retractable keel mechanism. There is a sink with a 12 gallon potable water tank, and a space for a portable chemical head. An alcohol stove folds out of the sink, though I've never used it.
The trailer is a single axle Spartan that is registered in NY. Last year it was overhauled with a new spare wheel, new electric trailer brakes, new axle, new lights, new tongue and safety cables with a circular trailer connector. The bunks were re-carpeted this year.
Included are fenders, marine VHF, marine battery, main sail covers, fuel tank, boat hook, whisker pole, swim ladder and cushions. This is a great boat that I've had a lot of fun on. The retractable keel allows you to dock in shallower water and the mast can be raised and lowered by 2 people.
