The boat comes with a trailer that has a new axle, springs, tires and led lights with new wiring and is in great shape.
I wouldn't hesitate to pull her anywhere.
She has a water ballast and draws only 18" with centerboard up.
The boat is stored under a shed with a dehumidifier in the boat in order to keep all moisture out of the boat, so there is no musty smell here. (dehumidifier not included in sale)
She has brand new Sunbrella upholstery with memory foam in the rear berth, and the interior structure is in great shape.
The sails are nice and crisp and have a lot of life left in them with no holes.
It comes with a new Boom Kicker that isn't installed yet, a new uniden flush mount depth sounder with in hull transducer (not installed yet), a inclinometer (not installed yet), a 2008 Nissan 8hp four stroke with electric start and an alternator to charge the battery that has less than 3 hours on it it has a toilet and alcohol stove, a new sunbrella companion cover (2 weeks old) and I am sure I am missing some stuff.
She was wet sanded, buffed and waxed 3 months ago with colonit fleet wax and boy does she shine.
The hull is in excellent shape and the rudder was just redone with 2 part epoxy paint.
Standing rigging is in great shape as it should be.
Overall this is a great boat and will make someone very happy for years to come.
