I bought this boat off of lake grapevine in Dallas area this jan 2012. Had it transported to clear lake and bottom job done on it. Installed brand new 9000 btu reverse a/c and heat pump on it and built teak stairs that incase the a/c unit. It still needs work done to the boat before sailing. I have other areas in my life that needs my attention so I do not have the ability to bring it up to date. Basically it was bought from the original owner which used it to race and did not really care that much about cruising or keeping it up. I was in the process of redoing it to a cruiser so it will need time and money to bring it up too date.
