Yanmar 2QM15 diesel - runs well, serviced every fall, 12 gal FG tank.
One deep cycle house battery - new 2011; One starting battery - 2008(?). Both charged byengine or by 30 amp shore power (2001). Boat also wired at that time for 120v service w/three duplex GFi receptacles.
Barrier coated 2005 and VC17 anti-fouling every other year (2011 latest); Topsides original GC in good condition, cleaned/waxed evry spring.
Sails: Main (1995 - fair, but usable); #2 RF (1995 - fair to good); #1 RF (fair, but needs repair to leech). Does also have older spinnaker, but not original/sized for boat.
Furlex Roler Furler - new 2005.
Added 13 gal holding tank - 1998, new head - 2007.
Below - Forward: Vee-berth w/ wood shelves above and cabinets below; next to Port is head with molded FG lav and plenty of cabinet storage; to Starboard is very clever hanging locker and bureau.
Below - Main Cabin: Double setee/dining to Port w/cabinet storage behind and below seats; to starboard is single setee/berth w/swing up seat back which is additional small berth, but we use for luggage storage on weekends.
At back of cabin: galley to Port w/ SS sink, ice box and cooler (range removed) and great amount of storage for 30; to Starboard is nav station w/ electronics (am/fm/cd - 2003), panel, 120v breaker and battery combiner; aft of it is quarter berth.
SOLD. We sold the Kalik at the end of June to a guy from Tampa Fla. Your reach is vast, only place I had her posted and he came all the way up to upstate NY for her.
