I've bought this boat to get back into sailing after being away for over 20 years and have found that I am not as agile at 72 as I was when I was at 50.
I paid $1900 in 2010 and have spent approx. $500 in repairs and upgrades including;
New shrouds and forestay
Added centerboard trunk braces
New deck cleats
Repaired batten pockets w/ new elastic and battens
Added sail track slugs to mainsail
Added a topping lift
New masthead Windex masthead indicator
New centerboard bolt and bushing
Fabricated Mast and boom supports for transport (see pictures)
Screw out deck plate in forward air tight compartment w/ nylon bag for valuable storage
The boat is in good to excellent condition overall. There are a few scratches in the hull and small cracks in the deck as you would expect in a 27 year old boat.

The boat & trailer are ready to go, trailer has good tires w/ new spare, but the bearings probably should be serviced. Trailer lic. and boat reg. are due in July 7 and will be included in the asking price.
