She can berth up to nine people, which includes two staterooms/two bathrooms.
The inside is very spacious, brilliantly well lit, and storage space galore, which includes an inside helm station.
The mast is keel stepped.
60 HP NISSAN SD-22 (totally rebuilt) in 2011 and very few hours since total rebuild, there is only 408 hrs. total on engine.
Inventory Includes a full suite of sails, all thru hulls have been either removed, replaced or serviced, Garmin C120 chartplotter, Quick windlass, new upholstery, two new toilets, many numerous new parts have been installed. A survey for Insurance purposes has recently been accomplished.
The "Joan Therese" has a very solid hull including a fresh coat of bottom paint, and is ready to sail.
