Owner's manual says sleeps 5, which is a stretch. Will sleep 2 adults and 2 kids.
Complete with 2 sets of sails in good, usable condition- 1 VN23(3 sails) set and 1 Catalina 22(2 sails) set.
Wiring throughout has been redone, and a 12 volt adapter has been installed on the instrument panel for fans, etc.
LED lighting installed in cabin.
Windows have been replaced with Lexan and rebedded.

All exterior and interior wood has been removed, sanded, and revarnished.
Taffrails have been removed, but are in decent shape and can be refitted.
