This is a world famous small-ish boat, very well built to top yacht standards, and suitable for the full range of conditions.
Sleeps 4, two forward berths and aft quarter berths.
Galvanized Steel Centerboard.
Estate Sale: Owner bought boat but was never able to sail it. (Has never been in the water.) It was stored outside at his home. Bought new for $20K.
Gel Coat looks like new.
Original Garges galvanized trailer.
Two lapper sails on CDI Flexible Furler (s) for stowing or reducing sail.
Spinnaker is good, with one small hole and minor stain, just needs spinnaker tape.
Rudder needs possibly refurbishing/replacement
Bilge paint is peeling.
Needs new main entrance door and ladder. All trim wood needs refinishing or replacement.
Main sail and two storm sails each have a few 1" mouse-holes and some staining.
No motor.
Recently extensively cleaned. Hull and essential parts seem totally fine. Trailer lights all work.
