  • This is a solid boat with good decks and NO blisters!
  • There is an enclosed head with a stainless wash basin with manual water pump and a varnished teak framed mirror and a place for a port-a-potty.
  • Cabin sole is 1/2" solid teak.
  • Galley has a new Formica brand pressure laminate top, 2 burner pressure alcohol stove with sea rails and stainless sink with again a manual pump.
  • 110volt AC 6cf refrigerator.
  • There is a teak grate in the cockpit with an additional cockpit drain (1 1/2") added to supplement the original scupper.
  • Port lights are replacement Plexiglas and do not leak.
  • There is an automatic bilge pump in keel sump and a Guzzler manual bilge pump mounted in the starboard cockpit locker with the suction at the bottom of the keel sump.
  • This is a dry boat, the deck hardware has been re-bedded with 3M-5200 and or GE silicon where appropriate.
  • A rule float switch is also in the sump above the pump to be hooked up as a high water alarm but I have never added the alarm, the wires are terminated at a connector block above the deck in the engine compartment.
  • Transom mounter folding stainless steel boarding ladder that allows you to come up through the pushpit and folds neatly out of the way.
  • A fireboy Halon automatic extinguisher is available for the engine compartment and a new hand held marine fire extinguisher is on board.
  • Jim Buoy Horseshoe life ring and a Life-sling man overboard recovery system will be included as well.
  • Icom VHF mounted in the cabin with a remote mic located in the cockpit, a working digital depth finder with a flush mounted thru-hull transducer, an in-op speed log filling space, good bulkhead mounted compass (Richie BN-202 Lighted with cover)
  • Masthead mounted Shakespeare sailboat (Squatty Body) VHF antenna with a new Davis Instruments Windex AV 15" wind vane.
  • Sheet winches are Barlow chrome platted bronze single speed in good working condition.
  • I have a high-beam track Harken Traveler System to install over the companionway with new Delrin ball bearings installed in traveler car
  • She is a tiller boat.
