Temptress is a wonderfully sweet sailing boat with a roomy comfortable cabin and huge cockpit. Catalina built her as a "performance cruiser" for day sailing, short cruises, and handicap racing.
We are a sailing family and have really enjoyed this boat.
We hate to give her up, but due to medical issues and physical limitations I can't take care of her the way I used to, and I'm not able to sail her solo any more. So we wish to trade her for a late model Capri 18, or sell her as a complete package - trailer included.
She is located on Lake Ray Hubbard, Dallas, Texas.

5'8" headroom in the cabin. 6'2" under closed hatch.

HULL:

Hull buffed out summer 2012.

Bottom sanded and painted Summer 2012 - Interlux NT NO PLASTIC THRUHULLS AT ALL!
NO UNGATED HOLES IN THE HULL AT ALL!
DECK:
Deck is in excellent condition no abuse, damage, or unusual wear.
Deck and house could use a good buffing (last done 2011), but is in otherwise excellent condition. No soft spots anywhere.
