Keel has been redone, everything has been re bedded and the boat doesn't leak a drop. The interior is in great shape. Everything that usually requires refitting on this age boat has been done.
The boat is in a slip at Cape Royale on Lake Livingston, the slip is paid until the end of February and is transferable.
I will gladly offer a lesson if a new sailor purchases the boat, and will help in un-stepping the mast and putting the boat on the trailer if the new owner needs assistance.
