Boat Model: 250 Catalina, Water ballast, with swing keel, and beaching rudder.
Sails: original sails in good condition. The furling jib is a 110 and a couple years ago was sent out for cleaning and an ultra violet cover.
Boat condition: Excellent condition with the exception of one small ding in the stern corner about the size of a dime.
Motor: 1999 Evenrude, 9.9hp, 4 stroke. Had new fuel pump and cooling impeller last year.
Battery: new last year
It has all covers for sails, winches, cabin top, bimini, steering wheel and pedestal.
I am in a private club so there are no slips available unless you are a member.
