Catalina 27 tall rig, 1979
Sailboat is in great running and sailing condition. Motor has been recently tuned and maintained regularly, fires up first time. Batteries are under a constant trickle charge, comes with one house battery and one engine battery. The main sail is for a standard rig, the head sail is a 130 with new jib lines no rips or tears in either sails.
Helm (steering wheel) is in great working condition. All wood inside and out has been refinished. All new upholstery inside boat. Head (toilet) has been removed and replaced with a refrigerator. Water pump works and pulls from 5 gal fresh water tank. The table that goes in the galley is currently being refinished and will be done in a few days. Boat comes with Portable hatch A/C, winch crank, Jasper head, microwave, refrigerator, bimini, fresh air chute, whisker pole, tiller, and rigging parts.
Slip is also for rent, comes with a dock box and a great deal on the slip at Twin Coves Marina, Grapevine lake.
