I am offering my well-kept Catalina 27 for sale to a new owner. This is the standard rig fin keel version, equipped with outboard power. The boat has been upgraded where it matters for a safe and easy-to-sail first "large" sailboat. his is an excellent first or second sailboat for someone looking for a great daysailer or weekend cruiser. Very forgiving under sail and a great Chesapeake Bay boat with its four foot draft. For a 30 year old sailboat she is in good condition and a dry boat. She's been upgraded where it counts.
