This is the Mark II version of this popular and sea worthy pocket cruiser. She has the bow sprit which improves upwind performance. These boats are renowned for their quality, stability, and sailing qualities. A 450 lb. shoal draft fixed keel plus a sensible sail plan makes this boat safe and dry in nearly all conditions. I have single-handed her in heavy winds with no worries at all. "Brown Eyed Girl" is a fresh water boat that was refurbished in the summer of 2012.

Yamaha 4hp motor looks and runs like new. Includes Hutch trailer with new jack stand. Sails are original but in excellent shape. "Brown Eyed Girl" is a beautiful 16/II ... a turn key boat. No work needed at all.
