Very good condition.
Rare keel/centerboard option so it points higher than the standard keel model. The cockpit is self-bailing and the cabin is large enough for a port-a-potty. The cushioned bunks in the cabin could theoretically be used by an adult but are best used by kids looking for a comfy place to take a nap.
The original main sail is in good condition and the nearly new 125% jib (with roller furling) has been used one season.
The boat is available with an outboard motor and the Performance galvanized trailer has a new spare.
There's a teak bowsprit and mounted on the transom is a stainless steel boarding ladder, which makes reboarding easy if you or the kids want to go for a swim. Lifelines span the perimeter of the boat. The battery's been relocated from the bow to near the centerboard trunk, so the boat tacks quicker and goes through waves better.
The brightwork is due for a fresh coat of varnish and the deep blue hull should be buffed to look its best. Overall, the boat's in very good condition.
It's a wonderful little boat and with a comfortable cockpit it's a joy to sail. It goes through the afternoon chop nicely and has a soft dry ride because it has more mass than other boats her size. Her classic lines are beautiful and I receive many compliments on her.
Book value is $7k-$8k w/o an outboard motor or trailer. Asking $3,600 for the boat w/motor & trailer. Serious cash buyers only, no trades.
