This is a solid example of the 1983 Irwin Citation 31.

I acquired this Citation to refurbish and sail.
The economy and employment are both reasons I can't finish in a timely manner.
Economy=Don't have the money. Employment=Working all the time.
My loss is someone's gain.
Here's the list of things needed:
Interior cushions
Some interior woodwork. Mainly cabinet doors.
The two large windows in the aft of the salon(the new windows and frames are in the boat and ready to install
Ignition switch ( I think I have one available)
Companionway steps.
The rudder bearings need to be adjusted.
Here's the story:
I pulled her and winterized before the winter and put her on a cradle.
Now the weather is warmer, I'll try to start working on it.
She's available for inspection almost any day.
This is the perfect opportunity to get in on the ground level and develop value in a great boat.
If you're handy or have the resources to make the needed improvements, you'll be way ahead.
It's a blank canvas, ready for the next artist.
The deck looks great. No cracks or delamination found. The hull is shiny and doesn't show any damage.
The running rigging is good for another few seasons. The standing rigging all looks great. No blisters on the hull.
Priced right and priced to move. Now's the season.
