Built by W. D. Schock
Hull very good condition, gelcoat good with no crazing except minor cracks around shroud fairleads. Very minor scratches on bottom (normal wear), has not been polished for a long time, otherwise looks very nice. A few very minor gelcoat touchups.
Mast, boom, and whisker pole (not pictured) all in very good shape. In 2010 upgraded gooseneck and replaced old wire ropes halyards with new regular-type halyards running through blocks (all according to suggestions by Dave at DoubleWave), also new shrouds and shroud covers, new main sheet. Still using original traveller track on stern, works great. Boom vang, downhaul, outhaul, jib sheets are old but still good.
Sails are old but in good condition, stitching looks good. One slightly damaged jib slug, but have had zero problems with it casual sailing.
Revarnished halyard shelf and rudder 2010, teak in cockpit is untreated looks fine, resealed stern otherwise looks good absolutely not sign of rot. A few minor repairs done by previous owners on interior, but original splatter paint still in good shape.
Trailer is old Shoreline, very heavy duty, current Texas registration through April 2014, new tires, new wheels, new bearings.
No title on boat, is actually just under 14 feet, so never needed to register in Texas. I do have paper work from previous owner, who was second owner, I believe (mid-sixties to 2010).
She's a good little ship, but I now have another boat, and I want to make some space.
Thanks to your listing, I had several inquiries about my boat within a few days, and was able to sell it before the week was out.
