  • Ballast: 2500 lbs (lead) fin keel bolted on with bronze bolts
  • Draft: 4 ft. 3 in.

    Designer:

  • Charles Miller of Springfield, IL won design competitions by Cruising World.

    Description:

  • Design details and construction indicate blue water passagemaking capability
  • The construction is of high quality
  • Hull is constructed with 1/2" marine plywood over a framework of Honduras mahogany
  • Fastenings are bronze nails and screws
  • Epoxy coated inside and outside with System 3 epoxy
  • Exterior, decks, and cabin covered with fiberglass set in epoxy, with a double layer on the bottom
  • Hull and deck are sound and rot free
  • Outboard rudder has full depth protective skeg

  • Water: 30 gallon plastic
  • Holding: Porta potty

  • Forward V-berth, starboard settee, small aft cabin with 2 single berths
