Great shape, sails are nearly new, roller furling jib has 4 light seasons, main with one reef point has 3 light seasons.
Been out of the water since 2011, but covered. (shoulder surgery).
1986 (I believe) Johnson 6 hp motor with 3 gallon tank. Runs strong.
Dixi tilt trailer rebuilt in 2010, new bearings, races, spindles, as well as new tires.
Rewired in 2010 also.
Boat pulls easily behind my Kia Sedona, it's been up over Ute Pass 20-25 times (12,000 ft.).
Porta-potty, battery for lights, new black Lexan hatch cover up front, anchor, fenders for docking, sail cover for main, mooring lines, cushions, winch and handle, etc.
Nice Bimini Top.
I have bottom anti-fouling paint to get her ready.
Fiberglass is in fairly good shape, a few minor dings, but it is 28 years old.
Great little cruiser, can sleep 4 VERY friendly people.
A bit much for my rebuilt shoulder, your gain.
The location of the boat is Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The boat has never been in salt water, and I am the third owner. It really was owned by a little old lady in Missouri! (Although she probably never sailed it to church on Sunday.) Second owner bought it from her in 2008, and then proceeded to have a heart attack, so he sold it to me in 2010. And then I tore up my shoulder and a bicep towards the end of 2011 season, and it has been out of the water since.
