She is fast and would make a good bay boat or to cruise with. She is set up with 2 double berths, 2 settees, table for 2 and will sleep 4 people. Galley with sink and water tank, propane 3 burner stove top with a oven along with 2 35 watt solar panels.
She has 1 main, 1 working jib, 1 150% Genoa, all in good condition, the storm jib is fair.
Standing rigging is heavy, as is the running rigging.
The motor fits in a well inside the main hull and is on a sliding rail for easy raising.
She use to draw 24 inches but a 2' keel was added and now she draws 4', now she points extremely high. This is a big plus and her rudder is a kick-up rudder.
She is a fast stable boat to sail, and heels very little. Example with the 2nd reef in I made a 14 mile trip in 45 minutes; not bad for the old girl.
I have just had her deck painted and new non skid put down, and re-did all trim on her.
She still needs some more work done on her, like painting the hulls and doing the bottom at the end of the year.
She is in Sail away condition. Her decks are sound with no soft spots or de-lamination that I have found. When I painted the decks she was sanded all the way down and 2 coats of Interlux 2 part epoxy primer was applied and 2 coats of Brightside enamel was used for the trim work and then the non skid was painted on.
Nisan 5hp 2-stroke extra long shaft is included.
Just had her hulls cleaned and my diver says that her bottom paint is good for another year.
She is a documented vessel.
She is located on the SF Bay in Brisbane, Ca and for further questions please call me at 561 255 0-88-9 it is my Florida cell but I am here in Northern CA.
May consider a trade for a Sailboat on the gulf or east coast.
