We purchased the boat in May 2010 and have used it primarily on Lake Lanier, GA for weekend and 3-4 day summer outings and have set the boat up to be very comfortable for this use both overnighting in a cove on the lake and in a marina with shore power and air conditioning. With its shoal draft, it is a perfect lake boat as it can get into shallow protected coves for nice private overnight camping. It is easily trailered so one can take advantage of virtually unlimited cruising grounds. We have trailered it to St. Augustine, FL and Lake Hartwell, GA and it trailers very easily. The original owner used the boat in salt water on the Chesapeake Bay in VA, the second owner used the boat in the Miami area. We are the third owner. The boat needs no immediate work and is in ready-to-sail condition. The engine is in new condition with less than 30 hours of run time, runs great, and charges the battery effectively. The most significant flaws the boat has are some scratches in the gel coat where the boat apparently rubbed against a dock on the starboard side and the forward V-berth cushion has a 3" or so tear in the fabric where the hatch apparently leaked at some point. Both are cosmetic and could be repaired if desired. We found this boat to be a great entry-level sailboat, which led us to purchase our current 34-footer.
