Rare - only 18 of these hulls made.
Vertically lifting keel with bulb (not swing). Same design as modern racing sailboats!
From 2007-2011 I undertook a major out of water refurbishment top to bottom, stem to stern. 450 hours of labor. $7800 material costs in the boat. All new bottom, some deck core issues fixed, everything rebedded, all 3 bulkheads redone solid, new cabin design w/ great siting area for two and also a separate chart table w/ bench seat and storage under, hanging locker, sleeps 4, only teak used throughout, painted and carpeted inside, new keel lifting elect motor, new wiring and electronics/campass, etc. Solid boat!
I've redone 4 boats, this being the one I was going to keep forever. Really do love this boat. Was in water only for 1 year and now divorce forces sale.
On trailer (included ) now.
Needs: cushions, new sails soon, insert piece of converting settee area to double bunk (easy), new porta potty (a specific place was built for standard size), two genny blocks (old plastic cracked last year while sailing).
