Lots of other "stuff", including the original mast and boom, as I am getting out of boating due to health
Although this boat is a 1980, it was only sailed from 1981 to 1986 out of New Hampshire; it was on dry land from 1986 to 2001 as a "project boat" while the previous owner make the modifications.
I have owned the boat since 2001, however, most of that time it was also on dry land. I had the boat in the water for two months in 2002 and sailed maybe five hours. I relaunched in September 2011 and it has been in my slip at Brownsville Marina, Washington since then.
She still needs a little work, headliner, rebuilding of safety lines and some electrical wiring
Between the previous owner and myself we have invested almost $50,000 in the modifications to the boat and the new trailer
Boat located in the water near Bremerton, Washington; slip is assumable at $200 per month
"New" (see above) implies new to the boat and not used but may be 12 or more years old
