Wee Tug / Theodore
Wee Tug is a scaled up version of Glen-L's 9' long Tubby Tug.
This is a 14' open skiff with a pilot house.
The pilot house cabin has been expanded to resemble the cartoon character 'Theodore Tugboat.'
The cabin is entirely removable if desired.
The boat is built of plywood and is powered by a 25 hp Mercury outboard. There is a fake steering wheel but control is obtained with the motor tiller.
This motor has the gearshift and throttle in the steering tiller.
The boat planes easily but has a flat bottom which makes a rough ride.
A useable but untitled trailer is included.
This boat makes a nice parade float besides being a nice boat. It won first place in last year's Christmas Parade.
