The CL14 is proven design (still produced today), fiberglass with built in flotation. This is a very stable double chine planning hull which is easy to learn and handle. Front furling jib and simple rig with the kick up rudder with a tiller extension makes this easy to sail.
Sails, main and jib are in very good condition
Kick up rudder and the center board were both replaced in 2009
1985 Shore Lander galvanized trailer in good condition with full lights working & new front wheel swivel jack.
Over all condition of the hull is good for the age of the boat.

The manufacture CL Boatworks is still in business today and is very helpful with advice or replacement parts.
The deep, open cockpit provides dry and comfortable sailing with easy access forward storage. The unsinkable hull has all around sealed in foam buoyancy for safety and support in case of capsize. The pivoting centerboard and rudder allows sailing in shallow waters and easy beaching/ launching. It is simple enough for solo operation, but can accommodate 4 adults comfortably.
