Cooper 416, Pilothouse Sloop, 1980

Price - we want 80,000, but are willing to take 70,000 USD. we also have a charter license and so will sell the 'business', which gets people their business visas into Tongan, a place to live, and an income potential, for USD$100,000

s/v Waking Dream, 1980, Stan Huntingford, B.C. built, 42', Cooper 416 (same yard that builds Maple Leafs and US Yachts), Pilothouse sloop, cutter rig, fin keel, skeg hung solid core rudder, thick foam core fiberglass hull, 13' beam, 6'7" draft, blue water cruiser/racer, 19 tonnes /16 tonnes.

She is good boat that has taken very good care of us. We are remaining in the islands and she should be sailed. It's with a heavy heart that we let her go, but it's time and the best thing for her. She was designed as a racer/cruiser and does very well underway. Hull speed listed at 5 knots. She is seaworthy, but would welcome some work and upgrades as she has been here in Vava’u for a while. Vava'u, Tonga qualifies for affordable insurance out of New Zealand and for an insurance cyclone rider as long as her mooring is sound.

US Documented and has lifetime import into Tonga. Our unique situation is that you may buy her as is by herself for USD80K or you may buy her along with her Charter License, other assets, and Corporation in Tonga and move here with a place to live, a potential income, and the shares of the corporation get you your Business Visa for USD100K. We haven't operated the charter business so there is no history. We also have a Powered Kayak Tour business for sale, with marketing and a short history, and the two may be bundled together for USD135K. There is also a semi-submarine that can be sold in the package for tours or to convert into an accommodation business for a total of USD235K.

We have shifted our focus to the island resort we have built. We are very motivated to sell s/v Waking Dream!

I have more pictures if you want them.

Thanks!!
