The boat has been freshwater sailed all its life, I am the second owner of the boat. I have original sales agreement, full boat history, etc. The Helms 25 is basically the same shape as a Catalina 22, stretched 2ft in the cockpit. This makes the cockpit very roomy, with over 6ft long cockpit bench seats. The interior layout is ideal with aft quarter berth to starboard, "booth style" seating to port that converts to double berth, galley to starboard. Moving forward there is a locker to starboard and head (not installed) to port with v berth up forward. This is also a pop-top model.
