I am reluctantly selling this boat to purchase a small pocket cruiser (can't afford both). The hulls, dagger boards and rudders are in good condition with no soft spots or delamination. Minor gel coat cracks typical for age of boat and one port hull repair on top from previous owner. The main and jib appear to be original but are in good condition. Both the boat and trailer have current registration and I have a clear Texas title for the boat. The trailer is custom made and does not require a title for registration - bill of sale only is needed for registration in Texas. This boat is ready to sail.
All running rigging was replaced in 2013 and all hardware functions perfectly.
Standing rigging and dual trapeze wires are in good condition with no frayed wire.
Two Hobie Skipper trapeze seats are included (one year old).
Hobie jib furler was rebuilt in 2013 with new Hobie parts to include a new furler line.
New rudder pins, bushings, cams, and springs in 2013. The rudders operate smoothly and are properly adjusted.
New Ariba Hotstick (telescoping hiking stick for tiller) in 2013.
New dagger board carpet in 2013.
New non-slip white textured tape on hull sides for hiking in 2013.
Jib professionally serviced (new batten pockets) in 2014.
Beach wheels with hull cradles.
Cat box on trailer.
Trailer tires have good tread. Spare tire has never been used. All trailer lights work.
Trailer includes a winch and block to raise/lower the mast.
Custom aluminum righting bar that mounts under the trampoline. This allows one person to right the boat after a capsize.
SOLD. My boat sold in four days! Thank you for Sailing Texas.
