I bought this boat off of lake grapevine in Dallas area Jan 2012. Had it transported to clear lake and bottom job done on it.

Installed brand new 9000 btu reverse a/c and heat pump on it and built teak stairs that incase the a/c unit.

Has a new main sail and cover 2013 with full bimini 2013.

New sheet lines.

It still needs work done to it but a very clean boat.

I have other areas in my life that need my attention so I do not have the ability to finish it.

Basically it was bought from the original owner who used it to race and did not really care that much about cruising or keeping it up.

I was in the process of redoing it to a cruiser.

It is located in clear lake on nasal road 1.

Will trade for smaller sailboat on trailer.
