In need of cosmetic TLC, but ready to go sailing today. Shallow draft and very good sailing characteristics typical of Alberg designs. Modified full keel with attached rudder. Practically new 2.5hp Suzuki 2011 4 stroke outboard, which is a perfect fit for this boat (I went through four motors finding just the right one). The placement of the motor in well in combination with the motor's ability to rotate gives excellent maneuverability while motoring. Main sail, genoa and working jib in usable condition. One soft spot on deck, but otherwise in good shape. Needs new battery for nav/cabin/anchor lights. Bottom has an Interlux epoxy barrier coat 2006.
