I do not have spec information asides from the fact that it is 25' long, has a small galley, small area for composting toilet and a good size bed area in the aft.
The boat is located in Dallas, TX just outside of downtown.
This boat is very seaworthy. It is just needing someone to give her some TLC. This boat is a great project for a father/son or family. Everything about her that needs to be done is cosmetic. She does need sails and outboard motor. But this boat is solid. Just looking for someone to bring her back to what she once was.
