Macgregor 26 swing keel water ballast sailboat. 1600lbs dry weight and just over 2000 lbs on trailer.
Main, jib and genoa in excellent condition -appear to be used just a handful of times though I think they are original.
Bolt rope in main just lengthened (they all shrink).
Also includes a symmetrical traditional spinnaker though there is no pole with the boat.
The bottom has never had bottom paint on it and is glossy pristine aside from a couple superficial gelcoat scratches.
Interior cushions in excellent condition.
Trailer has good tires and bearings (I have towed a couple hours recently).
New:
Battery
Halyards
Portapotti (never used).
Trailer lights
I also just laboriously resealed and rebolted the entire hull/deck joint and now doesn't leak a drop of rainwater (or the water it is floating in).
Also includes bimini, fenders, sail covers, swim ladder, anchor, cockpit cushions, VHF radio, pop top.
Your choice of a 1988 2-stroke Nissan longshaft w/ flat sailboat prop and remote tank or 1994 Yamaha 2-stroke longshaft w/ internal tank.
