This is hull number 12 of the classic Marshall Sanderling Catboat. With a single sail, she's easy to sail and her shallow draft makes her perfect for sailing around the back areas of Galveston Bay. She has a lovely all-wood cockpit, and lots of storage built into her cabine. She's mechanically and structurally sound, but needs a little bit of work under her cockpit floor, and she could stand a new paint job. Just brought down from New England in March, she's lived her life up where these boats were born.
Currently located in The Woodlands, Texas; would be willing to deliver within reason to Houston area.
