The Pearson is in great shape, dry boat, solid fiberglass hulls, no blisters, no spongy decks, no fiberglass damage, no major issues. Running rigging in great shape, standing rigging should be replaced in the next couple of years (was redone about 8 years ago).
all halyards (and jib down haul) run back to cockpit. I do NOT have a trailer, but I will help make ready for transport if required.

Hank on jibs:
150, 130, 110, and storm jib
Spinnaker
1 spinnaker (purple and black)
boat 100% setup to fly spin / race
2 Main sails
2 fortress anchors(25lb and 12lb), each with 8-12ft of chain 90 ft of rhode
2 deep cycle marine batteries (new)
2006 Yamaha 9.9 Outboard 4-stroke, runs like a champ!
1 50lb thrust trolling motor (I love using this to get in and out of the slip, pushes you along at 2 knts, but is silent, totally green, and will force you to be a better sailor not relying on your engine)
Additionally, my slip at bay view is halfway down the "sailors" dock, not easy to get, but I will transfer it ($165/mo) Bay View Marina is in the process of moving the sailors dock to deeper water - now is a great time to buy at that lake. The Pearson has a 4ft draft, I have had no issues with water levels in the lakes in spite of what you may read about levels.
I sail her most every weekend, sometimes weekdays - if you'd like to come take a look and are serious, I'll take you for a test sail anytime.
