The sail boat is a sit in sail boat, and is very stable that can be single handed sailed.
There is room for two three adults.
It has swing keel that drafts 4' when in the down position.
I added a motor mount on the stern for a small gas outboard motor or an electric trolling motor.
It comes with a 2012 Minnkota trolling motor and 2012 12 volt deep cell battery.
There are two sets of sails.
It comes with a trailer that I re-painted, added new lights, and new carped bunks.
I am selling the sail boat because I am going to buy larger sail boat more fitting for the large lake that I live on in Wisconsin.
