This SeaPearl 28 is a 1991 sailboat built by Marine Concepts Sailboats in Tarpon Springs Ready to sail the shallow waters as well as big seas. Belle is a proven cruiser, with tours of the entire Gulf coast. She is 27 feet 10 inches overall.
