Boat is a superb day sailer. The cabin is suitable for weekend camping and includes four screened port-lights--but is not outfitted for living aboard.
Very easy for a single person to handle in all situations on land or water. The mast can be easily raised or lowered by one person using the trailer winch, or when the boat is on the water, by a specially fitted removable on-board winch. The junk rig is simple and easy to manage: whether raising, lowering or reefing. Although it doesn't go very well to windward, one gets used to its limitations in view of its strengths.
