Prior to launching it this year, the bottom and hull were stripped and sanded. The bottom has an Interprotect barrier coat and Teflon bottom paint. A new Star sea data log and depth finder was installed. There are new halyards, tiller, Mainsail Cover, Tiller Cover, hinged mast step. There is still some work to do in the interior and on the deck, but the boat is in the water and ready to enjoy.
Trailer
This trailer is designed to not only transport a mono hull sailboat, but also provides a work area that has good access to the entire bottom. There are seven pads and stands to fit just about any single hull sailboat. The total length of the trailer is about 30'. It's made from box painted steel. The axles are 3500 lb. rated with grease fittings for the bearings and have electric brakes. The lights are LED. You have the option of loading your boat at a ramp, from a crane, or even loading off of stands thanks to its ingenious design. With this trailer I was able to haul and work on the bottoms of boats ranging in size from 22' to 28'. It pulls very well and comes with all hardware and straps.
