Rascal is a fast racer/cruiser that competes extremely well in PHRF. In addition to local club and distance racing, Rascal has competed in seven Port Huron to Macinac races. Stable in all conditions and well-designed for solo and double-handing. This boat sails like a large dingy! Though fully race-rigged, she is also well appointed for cruising. Rascal motors at approximately 7kts under load and the oversized Autohelm handles very well in rough seas. Rascal has been in our family since original construction and has been well maintained and upgraded over time.
