44' LOA, ~39' LWL, 12'6" beam, 13-14 tons, 8 tons of lead, cutter rig, no engine (Lombardini diesel extra).
The interior of the hull is solid, clean and ready to build-up. It is sandblasted, and 80% is epoxy coated with Ceramkote. Exterior of hull is in fine shape.
Cockpit will need to be rebuilt. Deck and cabin top are 90% intact and solid.
This is not a novice project, but it is a great project for someone considering building from scratch and sees the value in skipping a lot of sweat, time and expense.
