This 1980 Catalina 22 swing keel has served us well from a slip on Lake Grapevine for ~9 years. Routine maintenance, bottom jobs including buffing the hull from waterline to toe rail every other year and several upgrades have kept her operation smooth and made her more fun to enjoy each year.
We're upgrading and need to find a new owner to pass the fun along to.
Main and 135 roller furling jib new in ~2004, (just prior to my purchase). Great cockpit cushions, new cabin cushions, a stern mounted swim ladder and adding a new Tohatsu 6HP outboard all contribute to the ease and comfort aboard.
Routine maintenance and bottom jobs every other year performed consistently.
The boat is maintained in a slip and I do not have a trailer available for delivery.
