Boat is 22' long. It is just under 8' wide. It has a cabin with dinette and plenty of room for overnighting. There are technically 3 berths but in my opinion there is really 2, the convertible dinette, and the v-berth.
Mainsail and jib and genoa included.
2007 Mercury 6hp 4 stroke included. This engine is perfect. It has never left me stranded. I changed the lower gear case oil and winterized every year. Kept indoors during the winter. Only ethanol free gas used.
This was my first sail boat. I can't tell you how much time, energy, and money went into this boat. I have spent far more than I can ever recoup. It was a labor of love.
List of improvements includes:
New seat cushions including cockpit cushions
New Standing Rigging (upper and lower shrouds, forestay, all turnbuckles)
New Running Rigging (all marine grade sailing lines, no cheap stuff)
Halyards run to cockpit (Harken blocks, Schaefer deck organizer, Lewmar clutch)
Keel winch and cable replaced (this is often ignored. It's imperative for safe function and longevity)
Hull Sanded and painted (barrier coat, ablative bottom paint, sides done with interlux 2 part epoxy "perfection")
Custom Cover
All teak replaced (including new old stock companion way door)
New jib cars
Spreader Rollers
New chain plates
Engine mount upgraded
New traveler blocks and lines
New African mahogany ash tiller handle
Kickup rudder
Marine grade cd/fm/am radio and speakers
All electrical wiring replaced
Bow eye - Forestay reinforcement (to add stability to the forestay under load)
Please note all sails, lines, and cushions stored indoors during the winter.
I'm sure there's more I can't think of. For more information please contact me.
Boat is currently located at Eagle Creek Sailing Club, Indianapolis, Indiana. It is on a trailer however I will float it for a serious inquiries. I may put it in the water anyways while restoring my new boat I purchased last fall.
As a side note the deck needs some work. I planned to redo it this year. With projects on my new boat that is not feasible. It's purely cosmetic, but there is some crazing and minor chips that need to be fixed. There is no leakage or rot anywhere. This is a good boat.
Local sales only, I will not deliver. I don't have a tow vehicle.
