Equipment includes trailer (very stout and well-designed), Evinrude 2-cycle Sailmaster long shaft model outboard motor (mid 90's model?) with low hours, Bimini top, Anchor & Line. Also, includes original sails and "brand new & never used" sails of Mainsail, Jib, and Ginny/Genoa Jib.
The Com-Pac Yacht is a well-built and respected sailing vessel. It's been sitting outside at Dad's house for 10 years.
The standing rigging is in good shape (but not replaced).
Since the vessel has been unused for 10 years and out in the weather, I would suggest replacing the running rigging of the halyard lines and the mainsheet with new lines.
The fabric covers on the interior cushions should be replaced and/or reupholstered..
Cosmetically, the anti-foul paint on bottom hull has faded due to rain, sun, and weather.
The vessel was never kept in a Marina or moored.
I think my Dad was planning a long-term sailing adventure of the Puget Sound area (Washington) but that never happened.
