One owner, like new, used only three times in 2010, unused since then, and garaged year round.
This is a great family sailboat with a huge cockpit that holds 5 people or 1050 lbs, this boat is very easy to setup and sail.
Selling because I simply don't have anyone who wants to sail with me on a regular basis, and although it is very easy to setup and recover this boat to the trailer by yourself I have found that I really don't enjoy sailing alone.
